Meaning “a momentary flash of light” in Japanese, Sol Kirari perfectly defines the luminous nature of this exceptional harvest. Crafted from the rare Kirari 31 cultivar—a cross of Saemidori and Sakimidori—this harvest is a masterclass in balance.
It whisks into a vivid emerald froth, unfolding on the palate with a deep, velvety umami and a whisper of natural sweetness. With no harsh bitterness, it leaves a lingering, cream-like finish. It shines beautifully as a traditional usucha, yet remains powerful enough to carry its distinct, vibrant character through milk in a latte.
