Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $50.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times vary by location and are typically 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Wrong Address & Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We begin processing quickly and cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
To request an address change before your order ships, contact us immediately at info@jomatcha.com with your order number.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@jomatcha.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
